Association of the Managements of Un-aided Polytechnics (Maharashtra) is a registered organization having 205 member institutes associated with it.

The association is always taking lead in helping the member institutes to put forth. The challenges faced by member institutions are brought up before several government agencies, including AICTE, DTE, MSBTE, etc. Building An Association of Management of Polytechnics was a dream of the ex-chairman late Shri Balasaheb Wagh realized in 2005. Under the able leadership of Balasaheb, the association could successfully help the member institutes to solve their difficulties. The association has excellent liaising with Chief Minister, Finance Minister, Minister for social justice, Higher and Technical Education Minister etc.

Late Balasaheb Wagh never compromised with the quality of education while helping the institutes to solve their problems through discussions and mutual consent.
